Billing Data: Please note that while paying for Subscription via payment platforms, such as Stripe or PayPal, your complete billing information will be collected by those platforms and shall be governed by the Privacy Policy of those platforms, and Podcastle shall not have access to this information. However, in cases when automatic payment is not possible for any technical reason, the Company may issue an invoice to receive your payment. In such cases you will need to provide your billing information, as indicated in the Terms, and you explicitly provide your consent for us to use that information for billing purposes.

ID and/or Photo: In specific instances, to comply with your GDPR and CCPA compliant requests, we may have the need to authenticate your account and request you to provide an ID and/or photo. This data shall be used solely for the purpose of serving you with your requests.
