About the Role:
We’re looking for a Web Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in building and maintaining responsive, high-performance websites that align with our vision for exceptional user experience. You’ll collaborate closely with design, content, and marketing teams, driving the implementation of UI/UX designs and optimizing for SEO and scalability.

Typical responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain responsive, SEO-friendly websites focusing on performance and scalability
- Moderate to highly complex programming tasks and provide code reviews of various development tasks
- Collaborate closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to implement UI/UX designs that align with SEO best practices
- Optimize website performance, focusing on load times, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness
- Conduct regular audits and use analytics tools to identify areas for improvement in SEO and site performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, SEO trends, and Google algorithm updates to ensure ongoing site optimization
We’re looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional web development on complex projects
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS, with a strong grasp of HTML5 and CSS3 standards
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Experience in performing SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, GTMetrix, Lighthouse) to track, report, and optimize web performance
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with CMS and website building platforms (e.g., Webflow)
- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks (e.g.Next.js) is a plus
