About the Role:
We're looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll create visually compelling designs that communicate our brand story across digital and traditional channels while driving user acquisition and engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create engaging visual content for our website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and advertising materials
- Design and develop responsive HTML emails and newsletters that drive user engagement and conversions
- Design UI elements for product marketing features, ensuring consistency with our brand identity
- Develop graphics and visual assets for product launches, feature updates, and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with content marketing and product teams to create cohesive user journeys
- Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency
- Create data visualizations that effectively communicate our product benefits
- Design presentation materials for webinars, conferences, and internal communications
We’re looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing design
- Proficiency in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and email template creation
- Proficiency with Stripo email design platform
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Understanding of UI/UX principles as they apply to marketing materials
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing
- Knowledge of audio or podcast industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
