And no, we weren’t acquired. No, we’re not going anywhere, we’re just… evolving.
Podcastle has always been about empowering creativity through technology. But as our capabilities evolve, so does our vision.
Today, we’re thrilled to share our next chapter: by the end of 2025, Podcastle will become Async. We’re bringing together our creative tools and advanced text-to-speech models into one powerful platform, so creative work never has to wait. Creators can keep recording and editing as usual, while developers get access to AsyncAI to build voice agents and apps on the same powerful foundation.

Why we rebranded
When Podcastle first launched, we set out to make professional content creation something anyone could do. What started with podcasting quickly grew into a full platform for video storytelling, too.
Later, we expanded far beyond individual creators, introducing powerful tools built for teams and businesses. Features like Producer Mode and Brand Kit make it easy for organizations to create polished marketing, training, and educational content that truly reflects their brand identity.
But we didn’t stop there. With AsyncAI, we’ve opened our technology to developers as well. Our Text-to-Speech API gives teams the power to build voice agents and applications with human-like quality and ultra-low latency. Since launching in June, our proprietary model has already ranked among the top performers on Hugging Face’s TTS leaderboard, proof of the innovation driving Async forward.
To reflect our evolution, we needed an identity as bold as our ambition. Enter Async, a space that unites our creative tools with our growing AI voice and speech technology, powering an even stronger platform.
The meaning behind the name

Everything good takes time, and so will this transition. We’re aiming to complete the full rebrand by the end of 2025. But don’t worry: if you’re already part of the Podcastle and/or AsyncAI family, the change will be smooth and seamless for you.
Your account, projects, billing, and pricing all remain exactly the same. You’ll still log in with your existing credentials and find all your files, projects, and tools right where you left them.
