About the role:

This is a paid internship position with the possibility of a full-time role after completion of the internship. As a Technical Customer Support Intern, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and innovative environment, learn from senior specialists, and grow as a professional in the IT field. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Who we're looking for:
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify, document, and communicate issues effectively
  • Ability to collaborate with the engineering and product teams.
    Typical responsibilities include:
    • Providing technical support to customers through various communication channels such as Intercom, Discord, and Social Media channels
    • Troubleshooting technical issues for customers and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner
    • Recording and tracking customer inquiries and issues
    • Collaborating with other team members to escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support or engineering teams
    • Providing feedback to the product development team on customer issues and potential product improvements
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and support.
    Desired experience in:
    • Experience with manual testing, web and mobile application
    • Experience with any audio or video software.
