About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior (PLG) Growth Product Manager (Middle Management) to drive the growth of our platform and play a key role in our business expansion. As the Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize the user onboarding process, increase user engagement, and drive conversions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics, you will be instrumental in delivering a product that not only delights our users but also fuels significant business growth.

Who we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on product-led growth.
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth methodologies and frameworks.
  • Track record of driving growth through data analysis, user research, and experimentation.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to derive insights and inform decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing and mentoring team members.
  • Passion for the podcasting industry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
Typical responsibilities include:
  • Lead the product-led growth strategy, utilizing your deep understanding of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap to optimize user onboarding, activation, and retention, using data-driven insights and user feedback.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to prioritize and deliver product enhancements and features that drive user engagement and conversion.
  • Conduct research and user testing to identify pain points, usability issues, and opportunities for product improvements.
  • Define key success metrics and track performance, analyzing data to gain insights and make data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective user acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Foster a user-centric mindset within the organization, ensuring user feedback is integrated into the product development process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product strategy, goals, and timelines.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects business priorities and user needs.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to more junior members of the product team.
