About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

You will report directly to the Head of Marketing, working closely with the executive leadership team and managing a small team of marketers and external agency partners. You’ll partner with Content Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketer who is laser focused on growth, and is analytical, customer-centric, entrepreneurial, and detail-oriented.

While the role will be 100% remote, we prefer candidates based in Europe or US (eastern time) for smoother collaboration across time zones.

What you'll do:
  • Define and oversee paid digital advertising campaign strategy for the company. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Own strategy, operations, and execution across all paid digital ad channels (PPC, social media, email, influencer, affiliate, and any other relevant growth channels) to deliver against user signups & subscriptions (growth) and ROI (profitability) goals for the business.
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels and optimize existing channels to acquire new customers.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the product, content, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximum impact.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, including internal cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices, and apply them to the growth marketing strategy.
Who we're looking for:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a growth marketing role, ideally with a strong background in SaaS and/or high-growth software businesses
  • Exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, project management, and experience with data-driven decision making
  • Extensive experience with direct oversight of PPC (Google search, YouTube), paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc), and influencer marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, managing multiple stakeholders and agencies
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools
  • An aptitude for learning quickly, multi-tasking and problem solving
  • A bias for action & execution, scrappiness with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Passion for the world of podcasting and/or content creation!
